As part of our programme within the community we try to take the subject of astronomy to the public to help them become aware of the wonders that lie above our heads. To help us achieve that we hold a bi-annual exhibition at the Lowestoft Library and give talks and demonstrations to local schools. If any school in the Waveney area would like to book a date for us to entertain children on the subject of astronomy, please contact us. Non-members are welcome to visit our lectures and sky-watch nights, free of charge.
